much difference between 15mg and 30mg of mirtazapine?

Today i have my mirtazapine doubled from 15mg to 30mg.
Do you think in 2 to 4 weeks i will notice a difference?

have any of you guys had your dossage upped and noticed a big difference ?

I stopped craving carbs as much when I went up to 30mg.

30mg is supposed to not make you as drowsy as 15mg but I didn't really notice any difference in that respect, I was either asleep or awake but felt drunk on both doses

Not sure if it made that much difference to my depression though

to be honest I didnt notice much diffrence. I have just upped from 30mg to 45mg so maybe will be better placed to tell you in a week or so. I know upping the dose has made me more lethargic today but that could have been the humidity as well today.
