Hey everyone.
« on: February 27, 2012, 01:30:25 AM »
Hi guys, hope you're all doing well. My name is Ell (short for Elliot) and I'm a 19 year old male from the UK. The reason I have come here is to meet like-minded people that can help me with how I feel, which is usually pretty bad. I'm not here to attention seek or to get sympathy, I just really don't know what to do, or where to go. I could unravel the huge mess I feel like I'm in but I'd rather not do that on my first introduction, but I do feel I have a lot to get off my chest. If I could be pointed in the right direction as to where I can do that, then I'd be grateful.

Thank you for taking your time to read, it's a pleasure to 'meet' you all.

Hi Ell and welcome to the forum, the journal section is a good place to offload how you're feeling.

Hi Elliot.

As Shaz says, a journal is a good way to do things as you can update it as often as you feel able.

I hope you find the forum supportive and useful  :)
