we all get good days and bad days but the bad ones seem so long, all we can do is fight them off as tomorrow might be the best day of the year.

Glad you get a good day now and again! I'm struggling with getting myself moving in the mornings - little kids waking me up before I am ready is hard - felt very shaky this morning but got better after retreating back to bed for 45 mins...making some progress on a work project today which is good.
